If you need to return the item you received for whatever reason - exchange or a refund, please make sure it is unused and in the original packaging. It needs to arrive within 7 days of its original receipt.
You must include a letter detailing your own personal details and this needs to be accompanied with details of the size and colour required if an exchange is requested. Pls contact us initially by email so we are aware that we be receiving the return. This will speed up the process. Email info@sweatpantshop.co.uk.
The package must be sent back by insured post, as we are unable to accept liability for sent goods that are lost in transit. This does happen, so please take care and follow these instructions.
Unfortunately, any items returned will be at your own expense; refunds and replacements will only be issued on the return of the goods. Where the goods are replaced, we will incur the cost.

UK Mainland and Northern Ireland – Delivery time is 2-5 working days after placing the order. All parcels are sent recorded royal mail.
The rate card for Uk Mainland and Northern Ireland is £3.75
International signed post is a flat rate, and delivery will usually take 7 – 10 days.
Expected delivery is 7-10 days from ordering.
The rate card for Europe incl Ire is £7.50 and the rest of the world is £10.50
