All information that Sweatpants Shop receives from the use of this site will be collected and used in accordance with the privacy policy.

By placing an order through our site you must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and you are resident in the UK mainland or Northern Ireland or that you will provide us with complete contact details.

Please note that when we accept orders the resulting legal contract is between you and SD Networks and is subject to any other terms and conditions as listed.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by on-line electronic means (the "Confirmation").

The prices for any goods or services ordered from us through the sweatpants shop site (the "Products") will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in the case of obvious errors. These prices include VAT and delivery costs are specified clearly during the checkout process. Prices are liable to change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. Payment must be by credit card. We accept payment with MasterCard, Visa and Debit Cards.

Postage is charged as detailed below with the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and items are usually delivered within 2-5 working days unless there are unforeseen circumstances. Sweatpants shop sends everything recorded royal mail.

The costs are - Uk Mainland and Northern Ireland - £3.75, and we offer flat rates for International signed post. The expected delivery is 7-10 days from placing the order.

Europe incl Ire - £7.50 / Rest of the world £10.50

You will have the right to cancel the order with us up to 7 working days after the day following the delivery of the Products. Details of how you can cancel will be confirmed to you in the Confirmation.

The rare case of receiving a faulty product you should contact us asap and we will refund your costs for the Product and postage for returning the Product.

If you wish to return the item you have ordered for exchange or a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging within 7 days of its original receipt.

Customers are required to include a letter detailing your own details, the size required and the colour if an exchange is requested. We also suggest you email us at info@sweatpantshop.co.uk to let us know that we will be receiving the goods.

The package needs to be sent back by insured post, as we are unable to accept liability for goods you despatch that are lost in transit. Items are to be returned at your own expense; refunds and replacements will only be issued on the return of the goods. Where the goods are replaced, the cost of the replacement will be borne by us.

This cancellation, returns and refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Contracts for the purchase of Products through this site will be governed by English Law. Any dispute arising from or related to such contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
